St Cloud is a family-run business, owned by Philip and Linton Connell, a Chartered Surveyor and former solicitor who work full time for the company. They lead a highly dedicated staff group, many of whom have worked together over numerous years to create a special and caring organisation. Together we are focused on delivering the very best standards of care for all residents who choose to place their trust in us.

We are about doing the very best for our residents and we aim to instil this ethos in all managers and staff who represent the customer's side our service. We believe in a simple test that can be applied throughout each aspect of our service. Would that be good enough for my mum
