This afternoon we tended to our garden, where we dug up old plants and trees, planted new ones, hung ornaments, and got all mucky. On Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th July some of us here at Chestnut View raised money for Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care. We had 40 bottles, 39 of them had red stickers under and 1 had a blue one. The aim of the game was to donate money to Phyllis Tuckwell by picking out the bottle with the blue sticker and winning a bottle of wine! We are so proud to say we raised a grand total of £113.86! Friday 13th July 2018 This morning I asked Pam if she would like to get a bus ride to Haslemere town to have a look around the shops as I knew that was one something she wished to do. Pam agreed. We got the 11.25 bus from Lion green, and set off for our bus ride to Haslemere Town, we looked around various shops such as The Original Factory Shop, Amazing Grace, Boots.
