Sandalwood is an exclusive development of 12 architect designed apartments perfectly positioned in a small private gated complex for the over 65’s. designed with care and consideration this is senior living at its best where many of your day-to-day cares are forgotten. There is a one bed-room apartment for RENT.

External maintenance, lawn mowing and repairs become our responsibility. The usual worries associated with running your own home disappear, letting you get on with what is important, living your retirement to the full.

When developing Sandalwood’s stylish apartments our goal was to provide ‘worry free’ living. With this in mind, we have provided an ‘on site manager’ who visits daily and an emergency call out system during the day and night, should you need to deal with the unexpected. This gives you that extra ‘peace of mind’.

Sandalwood’s appointed person will make a daily visit to your apartment as part of the service charge, to provide a ‘hotel like service’. Domestic assistance can be arranged as appropriate or housekeeping service if preferred. should you require a fresh home cooked meal, we can arrange for this to be brought to your apartment or you may like to join other residents in the communal dining room.

A laundry service is also available on site as is the hairdressing salon. We are conveniently located for local GP practices, dental surgeries, bus stops, railway station and local shops. Visits can be arranged by our manager for the chiropodist, holistic therapist and beautician.
