Great care is taken when recruiting in all of our establishments. We carefully select our staff for their friendly, professional and caring attitudes. At induction you are educated in providing a competent, high quality and caring service which we are happy to associate with the St Cloud name. We coach our staff to a very high specification with continuous training and refresher courses. Constant ‘spot checks’ are a regular feature, performed by our Managers to help maintain a first class service.
St Cloud will also offer pay progression through an active programme of NVQ’s in Health and Social Care. E-Learning in longdistance courses are also available in various subjects to enhance the employees knowledge in specified areas.
